“SALUD AL DÍA” ON TELEMADRID REFLECTS THE EVERY DAY LIFE AT THE INSTITUTE
A team from the TV program “Salud al Día” on Telemadrid came on Monday, 16th July to our facilities in Oviedo to describe closely to the spectators the physicians’ offices at Instituto Oftalmológico Fernández-Vega.
Prof Jesús Sáchez Martos, physician and host of the medical informative program that is aired every morning in the TV channel from Madrid, underwent several ophthalmological tests like the more than 100,000 patients that come to the clinic every year. Like this, the spectators were able to follow closely the typical procedures carried out at the centre.
Among the numerous tests that were carried out, Prof Luis Fernández-Vega – medical director of the Institute and President of the Spanish Ophthalmological Society – received him in his office to give him a diagnosis.
