A TEAM FROM THE FOUNDATION TRAVELS TO CAMBODIA TO PROVIDE OPHTHALMOLOGICAL SERVICE

The group of ophthalmologists and optometrists travels to Cambodia from the 31st of October to the 11th of November to provide ophthalmological service to individuals in need.
A group of ophthalmologists and optometrists from the Fundación Fernández-Vega travels to Cambodia from the 31st of October to the 11th of November to provide ophthalmological service to individuals in need. It is the third expedition organised by the Foundation to the Southeast Asian country for this reason.
Specifically, Drs Lucía and Javier Fernández-Vega – specialists in the units of pediatric ophthalmology, strabology and oculoplasty at the Institute- as well as optometrist Silvia García are travelling.
As a novelty, this year the Fundación, in collaboration with Topcon, will donate two pieces of equipment to the Cambodian hospital Handa; an autorefractometer and a slit lamp.
